Babeș-Bolyai University, with the cooperation of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, the Faculty of Physics, the Faculty of Biology and Geology and the Faculty of Geography, announces the start of the project entitled “GreenSeed: Student Practice for Green Economy”, a project co-financed by the European Social Fund + the Education and Employment Program, project number 311826, with a total value close to 5 million RON.
The project will run from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2026 and targets 500 students from the above faculties. The overall objective of the project is to increase the labor market relevance of students from these faculties, as well as to promote the development of high-quality, flexible higher education study programs that are flexible and aligned with the requirements of the labor market.
In addition to career counseling activities and the organization of internships, the project will include two training activities aimed at the develoment of students’ transversal competences in the field of sustainable development and entrepreneurship for sustainable business.
